As a first-generation college graduate who earned her master’s degree in accounting by the age of 22, Syleste Arroyo brings a deep appreciation for discipline, education, and financial empowerment to her role at Echo Wealth Management. Her background shaped a lifelong commitment to helping others build strong financial foundations—particularly students and Next Gen clients who are navigating their first major financial decisions.

Syleste supports Echo’s holistic planning process by helping craft tailored financial strategies that reflect each client’s goals and life stage. With operational precision and an eye for detail, she ensures each plan is as thoughtful as it is effective. Syleste is currently pursuing her CFP® certification, having completed three program courses, and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota.

Before joining Echo, Syleste served high-net-worth clients on both the East Coast and in the Midwest. Her organized, personable, and proactive nature makes her a valued partner for clients seeking clarity and confidence in their financial lives.

Originally from the East Coast, Syleste holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she graduated cum laude. She also minored in dance—an experience that refined her time management skills and dedication to continuous improvement. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring nature with her family, reading, and staying active.
