Client Service Associate

Echo Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate with a record of accomplishment and a desire to contribute as part of a growing firm. The ideal candidate has several years of client service experience, exceptional attention to detail, is committed to building a long-term successful career within an independent advisory firm. This person will sit at our reception desk in our new office suite and be the first impression of our firm.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Answer the phone in a professional manner 
  • Partner with team members to provide the highest-quality customer service to current and prospective clients 
  • Build trusted client, advisor and vendor relationships through a commitment to timeliness, accuracy, effective communication and an engaging interpersonal style 
  • Utilize CRM system for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and internal updates to current assigned work 
  • Respond to daily communications from clients regarding account maintenance and other intraday account servicing responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with Wealth Managers regarding account questions, service requests, and all other matters 
  • Maintain our paperless system by filing electronic documents timely according to our firm’s processes 
  • Participate in special projects or assignments as needed working with wealth managers to solve complex issues that may arise 
  • Assist in the billing of financial planning fees and investment management fees 
  • Work with wealth managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients 
  • Assist in the flow of operations while maintaining the highest level of client service

Education and Experience 

  • High school diploma or GED. Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of applicable industry experience preferred 
  • Possess strong word processing, spreadsheet and data entry skills 
  • Track record of building successful relationship with clients, advisors and vendors
